Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in lead generation, client communication, and relationship building. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, following up with prospects, and driving revenue growth for our technology services.

Responsibilities

    • Connect with potential clients through field visits, calls, presentations and meetings.
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
    • Build strong relationships and consistently hit sales targets.
    • Come up with creative sales ideas and local outreach strategies.
    • Maintain and grow our client database.
    • Share weekly performance updates and insights with the team.

Experience and Skills Required

    • 6 months – 2 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Marketing
    • Graduate or above
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Comfortable using basic tech tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email etc.)
    • Self-driven, confident and goal-oriented
    • Open to field work and client meeting
