In 2017 Tito’s Hospitality approached Autuskey to solve major revenue leakages in their nightclub operations.
Their ticketing was fully offline. Printed tickets were copied and resold illegally. There was no real time validation at entry. The management had no clear visibility on how many people were inside the club or how many tickets were genuinely sold.
Autuskey built a full scale 360 degree ticketing and access control system. The platform unified online sales reseller networks counter bookings, guest lists and entry validation into one centralized application.
The system now manages multiple clubs under a single platform with real time tracking and reporting.
Tito’s eliminated ticket fraud and gained full control over event capacity and revenue tracking.
Unauthorized duplication stopped. Real time validation ensured accurate entry counts. Cash flow improved due to structured reseller credit limits.
Every ticket became traceable, every entry verified and every reseller accountable within a defined credit limit and continues to operate successfully after seven years.
